Change is Good

Hi all

Time to return to bloggin before my site gets knocked off. 😛

This is the apt time to write abt the gr8 reunion we had in chni at Sterling, Mahapalipuram. A special thanks to Mr. Jude and Mr. Gopi who cordinated well with us for the sweet memories we created those 2 days.

 

Having been in the professional lives for around 6 months., we felt back the xeno(actually means foreign, but here its an antonym of it) feel ourselves. From a horrible (definitely not hectic :P) hours spent in office lone , not able to meet the friends even during weekends., the event was a BIG RELIEF. Esp. you know how I can feel being wid them working in office on 31st Dec Nigth and 1st Jan night.

Be it the same old bullying of our glam doll vikki or cricket tamasha in ground or playin in beach for 2 hours or kuthu dance in nights or small fights in the pool side… every moment was to cherish… We missed some 7 guys (Abis, Ashok, Bharath, Sangu, Mihir, Chan and Yuge) yet due to their own unavoidable reasons.  Yet it s always good to have a strength of 34 get back.

Titbit: Brazil, India, China, South Africa and Mexico has formed a group similar to G8, tis none bein named BIC-SAM. In the recent G8 meet, BIC SAM has unanimously demanded and raised voice at many International issues like the Cold war between US n Russia for Arms Race and the Green house gas emissions by USA.

Titbit2: TCS storm left 459 people employed in PSG Tech. And it includes 30 Zax EEE.

The E Governance has been one of the tremendous changes that India has witnessed. Thinking of a some years ago.

Jus for getting a telephone connection, we have to get a recommendation from a Top Officer wit ‘Under the Table’ things included, the telephone connections given after 6 months.

Getting a birth certificate, Drivin license in a day all were like seein a ‘White Elephant’. To add more, the bookin of railway tickets standing in looong queues, Etc.

* Booking of Online Train tickets reduced to fare of Rs.10

* Introducing Online Booking for SETC Buses shortly

* Laptops for IAS Officers (Hope its used Well!!)

* GPS Tracking for State buses in Delhi

* Broadband Connections given in a day (In Annur, He he) .

* Creation of Village Info Centres by ITC, useful for farmers greatly(and Their Business too!). ITC has created centres for farmers to contact n contract wit their customers directly thro net without the Intermediate commision holders. Also they can get the tips from Agri experts thro it. I din see anythin in TN but, hope it may be in Punjab.

* The e-Governance in police department will be comin soon as read, wit all Police Stations wires, it ll be easy for the Cops to get their info n b in touch wit their pangalees easily 😉

Naangalum Engineer Ayitomla !!

Hi People,

Its bit late for writing this post. But got the convo photo late. Thats the prob.

Kadaisila naangalum engineer ayitom. That too SW engineer. 5 Years.. Appada. But I din feel that I had taken a extra year, for sure. I had got enough experiences and learnt many things thro SW course ( Not Academic Sorry! ). We left a legacy in PSG Tech. A Xeno Era absolutely.

Intrams – The Intra College Fest – Won all the Competitions – Foot loose, Movie Spoof, Wood stock (WoW), Theme Show, Adaptune, Mime, last but not least the Variety Show. How can one forget the Killer Instinct Show of Porus.

Placements – The best ever in PSG Tech. 47 Students opted. 80 Offers. Salaries touchin 8 LPA. Nothin but ruled the placement race. 178% placements. Only missed two companies attended. Thanks 2 Sethu n Nikhil s and all class guys support awesome work behind.

Srishti ’06 and ’07- The One Tech Fest of its kind. From guest lecture of Mr. Azim Premji to Workshops by Mr. Suhas Gopinath, Worlds Youngest CEO., Global Inc. Mind blogging 3 day event. Started under Xeno Era. Thanks to Nikhil the master mind behind and all credit goes to all who worked.

Can write more legacies of Xeno Era. Enjoyement to the Core . From Dhaba to Mumbai Goa to Cochin to Cricket matches to War on Verendah to Class Talks to Bike trips.

Finallty the Era is over in PSG Tech.

This would be my official address from June 18th 2007. Yes Ck goes proffesional 😉 from Chennai, the second cleanliest city in India only after Chandigarh(A recent survey – Sorce: Rediff)

Situated near the LIC building and Spencers plaza is the Prince Kushal towers, where the corporate life of CK starts. My pal Sen too had got the same location. (We 24 of them placed from our coll and 8 from our class ( 33.33% SW EEE)). My thick n thin thro pal Naren have got Naren has got Noida, as I feared much. We din even spend much time together during the last semester of coll thinkin that we would get time for enjoyment in CSC, same too with senthil. I spent more time with other friends hopin we wud get same places. Too Bad.

Fate played football as I feared.
But we hope to meet after trainin lets C. I ll try to score a goal more than fate at the end of the match.

I was stunned wen my dad said, “Thank God, u got Chni, else my mom n me had a plan of bookin season tickets to noida every three months for our visit to Noida”. I am a poor only Son to them.  I simply cant pay them anythin back. They had visited SRV rasipuram during class XII every two weeks, takin a 4 Hr travel preparin loads of Chapathi and snacks for me n my pals. That was wat led the fella who took 911/1100 82.18% and stood as 484th rank during joinin to 1150/1200 as 45th rank in school. I am not boastin, sayin how they inspired me.
I heard some where, “Pulaiya kandihu valarkadhe, kashtathae solli valar nu”. A true thought.

Ok I am writin on joinin CSC. Reportin on 17th May evenin. Only 17 days. Have to get formals, bla bla bla. One thin I luv at chni are there are plenty of FM channels to rock.

My boat sails to CSC w/o one of the sailers 😦
