Err.. Confusing Right !!!
Nothin to be thought like Rocket Science. This post is to formally inform that I ve been posted to an UK Client, Royal Mail Group. (http://www.royalmailgroup.com/portal/rmg) day before yesterday. The company is the UK s monopoly postal group, run by UK Government. I was posted to this client on World Postal Day. Sounds Cool… Isn’t it?
The medieval process after training till being posted to a client is really, I would say really horrible. Though we ( My SQL DBA Team) had been preparin for our Certification MCDBA (Microsoft Certified DataBase Administrator) Exam 1., those weren’t pleasant days.
Here s my Routine till yesterday. Daily to company @ 9 30. Breakfast. To Cube @ 10, Study n Chat for sometime. Lime Tea @ 11. Back to Work. Lunch @ 12 30. Choclate milk @ 3 30. LEave company @ 5 30 -6. Enna Kodumai Saravanan idhu 😉
Ofcourse I was satisfied that I had company in peiople working in many companies. Like most people currently inducted were in the same boat. Especially I wanna quote a friend of mine’s Gmail Caption, ‘Ding Dong Bell… Wipro is a Well’.
My friends in some companies had more worse situations. After their Training outsourced to external places like NIIT, when they contacted the company people regarding their work, they were asked to ‘ stay somewhere in the company and not to ask them regarding work, till they call them ‘. This is the case happening in most companies. Thats what they call ‘Bench’, to be said as a Popular Word.

Hi people,
Days Come and Go….
Certain Days are ought to be Remembered but….
With our Corporate Life starting @ CSC on 18th June 07….
June 18th Batch of CSC slammed Century yesterday (Sept 25).
We had a small celebrations OURSELVES ( Nammala yaaru kandukara, 100 naal ana enna 200 naal aana enna, Namala yaarum kandukaradile. Kaluda ketta kutti sevuru )
We ordered for a 2Kg Creamie , made cheers ‘ For the 100th Day @ CSC ‘ and unlike other Bday celebrations ( Where we blast the cake over others and rock ) we distributed it among Colleagues in Cafe and had a small part of it 😉
We have had a great batch right from the start of CSC (though some of our dear friends went to Hyd), we made a gr8 group full of Fun n Enthusiasm though we were into different Projects and Domains. Those words din seperate us.
Finally a special congrats to T20 Young Indian Lionsfor making the Invincible True.

With IT stalwarts throngin every Professional engineering college and companies like TCS, Infosys, Satyam raking in 1000s of employees to increse their head counts, TCS hiring 789 students from a single college, IT buzz is definetely in .in
There has always been a debate goin on, be it GDs in campus recruitment sessions or TV programmes like Big Talk, or ‘Neeya Naana’ as to MNC s degrade our culture , food, Night life, ‘Living together’, team outings to Pubs, parties, etc. My opinion is that the culture is in the eyes of the people who sees it, and whether it is comfortable to them. It s not a Rocket Science.
Coming to the point, I din expect an MNC like CSC would give importance like it gave during August 15th.
A week prior to Aug 15th CSC announced about the celebartion itenary including
1. Floor Decoration Contest
2. Flower Decoration Contest
3. Mr. & Ms. Patriot Contest

I simply treasured those moments, though we din win any floor decoration. A team of our floor won the 4th Prize for Flower decoration anyway.
