Next day we kuckily escaped from the local taxi guy and was arranged taxi from SOTC tours to city trip. It was a memorable one.

We first visited the king s palace. Malaysia though havin a democratic rule, every province has the king, comin under dyanasty, though they doesn’t have any rulin powers. People have good respect on them and every shop must have the king and queen photo. We visited the entrance of the palace an took photos before it and near the Horse gurads.

Then we visited the Malaysian memorial built on memory of its freedom fighterFreedom from UK) And signin off from there we went to choclate shop for buyin chocos. Had the tate of everthing and got two packets each:O We then went for shoppin to Hanifa, the famous mall for Indians in Malaysia.

Reallya great deal of patience s required for husbands wen the wives buy sarees. Edukaranga edukaranga… Ada saaami. Finally I got a sandals and sports shoes Rs. 600 each around. Pretty nice ones and it was already 2 PM. We hurried for lunch (Saravana Bhaavan thaan) Verenge poradu. We hurried to Airport.

My most embarrasing moment happened there. We went for immigration family by family. Me n my Mom went to seperate counter. Anda Immigration officer kaekaran, “Mam, Is he your husband?!!!??!?! 😉 Enaku thooki vari potruchu.. Does my mom look so young coz of her Boy cut n dyes or Me lookin like an Uncle!!! He itself then soon apologised for it and we teased our mom well describing her as Jeans Movie Lakshmi.

We reached Singapore 50min after boardin and started off to hotel for a fare of 3500 Rs. for taxi alone. 😮 The roads were damn good than malaysia itself I can say ( though my uncle doesnt agree that) . Even for changin lanes they use indicators (Enna kodumai sir idhu). We got settled well at night and we always had my uncle friend Mr. Sundar guiding us.

The next day was for Bird Park.. An awesome experience. Memories will leak more.
